This 2006 set is the second Type O Negative compilation issued by Roadrunner Records, and it presents many of the New York City based goth metal act's finest moments from its 1991 2003 stint for the label. Driven by the twisted (and often darkly humorous) vision of burly singer bassist Pete Steele, the band offers up the brooding anthem "Black No. 1" and an amped up, mascara lined take on Neil Young's
