Shaded and deep steamed, it stands out because of its coexistence of boldness and delicacy. This fabulous tea comes a family run tea farm in Soo, on Japan's Kagoshima Island. Kabusecha greens are shaded for up to a week, to increase the roundness of flavour and umami of the tea, whilst 'fukamushi' means that the tea has gone through a longer steaming process than
