Biscay Clay soils. 30% whole bunch, pressed to older, larger format French oak. Left on lees until bottling. A soft, plush feeling up front with deep plum and cherry that tails into a sweeter raspberry core that pulls into a fresh and lively acid line. Steve Crawford, Winemaker.
