Madre Mezcal Ensamble Shopify Collective enticing” and “vivid dream ofMadre Mezcal Ensamble is made from a blend of estate grown Espadin and wild Cuishe in the tiny village of San Dionisio Ocotepec in the heart of Mezcal country. Madre Mezcal is distilled from agave Espadin and agave Cuishe using a family heirloom copper pot still.
