Valli Unite - 2024 Bianco Macerato Junmai Flicker in the windowFavorita is a cousin of Vermentino, closer to Pigato than what you find in Sardegna. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the aroma and the beautiful freshness. Macerated on skins for approximately 1 week. Quite varietally true, sticking to fleshy orchard fruit & fresh fennel aromatics, stacks of freshness from acidity, & the maceration bringing a more savoury spice to close the palate.
