Condition: some small picks which are not noticeable unless holding up to the light which fall into the folds - there was elastic in the back of the gown at one time which is stretched out - I would add a matching satin ribbon & thread loops on the sides to pull it into an empire style - price has been adjusted for this

and the heel tips are in excellent condition
