HD= Heavy duty. The are basically really really beefy OEM mounts that came off other BMWs. Trans are E21 320i auto trans mounts (23711175424), Motor mounts are from a euro E24 635csi motor mounts (11811132322). These are direct bolt up. Only two things need to be done, grind one of the protrusions off of
