The size is in inches, and it is the overall size of the size, frame included. It is mounted on dark brown 3 8 inch plywood with 1 4 inch laser cut plywood letters. Complete with solid wood frame. The frame is stained ebony. The lettering is not painted on, they are plywood letters that stand off of the board, approx. 1 8. Please see photos.
