This block print kantha quilt features a repeating floral motif in warm pink tones set against a soft green cotton base

I have done this with my own Provencal skirt

so it would be possible to enlarge the waistband by putting in an insert of fabric to make it larger

Antique French Striped Skirt green uplifting quilt in soft pinkThis antique French skirt has been made from a striped moire cotton. It dates from the early 1900's. It will fit a 56cm waist (22 inches) and is 90cm long (35 inches). US size XXXS, UK XXS Japanese size XS. It is in very good condition, no wear but a few small marks. The skirt appears to be homemade, with neat machine stitching, a cotton and metal zipper that has been hand stitched in place. The pleats appear to have been starched. Care instructions:
