Soltera Special Cask Rum (Release #2) Naked the cherries are removed and700mL 44% ABV Solteras next chapter has arrived: a richer, deeper expression of Soltera Rum, made for slow sipping and quiet appreciation. This limited release brings together 34 year old rum aged in ex Bourbon casks with a 2 year old rum matured in an ex PX sherry cask. The result is a layered spirit, balancing bourbon cask notes of vanilla oak, toasted spice and soft molasses with the PX casks indulgent dried fruit, raisin and dark honey character.
