Weaving webbing through the two buckles creates a friction lock which is easily adjustable. These 2" nickel plated D rings may tarnish but will remain strong for many years. Use Vinyl Tec 2000 PVC Adhesive to permanently mount these handy anchors on to Fibreglass Thermoformed or Royalex canoes and Kayaks.
