Two wide 3 1 2" rows of white lace lavishly adorns the sleeves and makes it so feminine. By: Le Voy Size: Small as well and maybe a Size Medium but go by the measurements for a good fit. Bust: 42 Length: 53 1 2 and if one lets the hem down that will add 3"
