As with our whiskey, this fermented mash of locally sourced corn, millet, rye, and malted barley is then twice distilled. An herbaceous blend of wild foraged Rocky Mountain botanicals are added to complement the earthy flavors of the grains. A third gentle distillation with native juniper, rosemary, mountain sage, spruce tips, coriander, and lemon yields this complex,
