3RD GEN 4RUNNER (1995.5 - 2002) WIND DEFLECTOR:STANDARD Improves load handlingFits 1995 2002 4runners and is a full length, no drill rack. As with all of our racks, they are CNC laser cut and bent. Racks come powder coated satin textured black with all stainless steel mounts and hardware. (9) crossbars are provided, (1) is used to mount the front deflector. The maximum weight capacity of the Foundation Rack is highly dependent on the number of crossbars used. All users should use their best judgement when loading down the rack
