Nose Classic Australian Tawny aroma with ANZAC biscuits, brown sugar, cinnamon, dates, sultanas, and dried orange peel. There is also some additional complexity with blackberry jam, charred oak, and dried fig. Palate A beautiful buttery mouthfeel with charred oak up front giving way to more complex dried fruits, rum and raisin chocolate, and milky coffee. Finish A nice warming
