The nose is complex with dark cherry, tomato leaf, celery and pepper spice. A textured palate of fine graphite tannins support complex dark cherry and savoury spice flavours. The name Cold Sweat is given to First Drop's wines made from their somewhat cooler vineyards in the Eden Valley.
