Domaine de la Fouquette "Cuvee Rose d'Aurore" 2023 roussane/sauvignon blanc with pineappleThis is a classic Provence Rose with its pale salmon color and notes of grapefruit, peach and lavender. The 2023 vintage has the ripeness but the freshness too. This is composed of 65 percent Grenache, 30 percent Cinsault and 5 percent Rolle.
