The palate opens up on lovely crisp pear flavours and herbal character with hints of apricots from ageing. The refreshing acidity and chalky minerality will make it a perfect match with seafood like fresh crab, smoked salmon or grilled scallops as well as Asian dishes such as Pad Thai, Dim Sum and Chow Mein.
