Gilles Brisson Cognac VS certified biodynamic Aromatically it shows fresh pineVS (very special, or three stars) designates a blend in which the youngest brandy has been stored for at least two years in cask; Gilles Brillson V. S. is aged for 3 4 years before bottling. 100% Ugni Blanc. Scented with baked apple and vanilla, this amber hued brandyaged three to four yearsshows oak, cedar and chamomile tea up front. The finish is long and luxe, with lots of baking spice smoothed by elegant strokes of vanilla and almond.
