Using Pearl's proprietary principles, an additional stave made from exotic Maca wood is inserted into the central dado channel formed by each stave. Like an intricate puzzle piece, this "Dado Loc" connection increases the overall strength of the shell by 50%. The shell is then machined to a perfect 25mm thick round shape, hand finished, and fitted with swivel tube
