Ragstone - Neal's Yard Dairy Smoked Fish silken and richly washed-rindA soft, matured goats cheese with a dense, fudgy texture and lactic, lemony flavours reminiscent of crme frache. Its thin rind may develop wild spots of blue, green, or grey mould during maturationperfectly safe to eat and part of the cheeses natural character. Made by Neals Yard Creamery in Herefordshire, using fresh local goats milk. Minimum weight = 200g Average age 3 4 weeks Pasteurised Goat's MILK, Salt, Cultures (contains trace cow's MILK),
