Humble Christmas Cake Slab Cake Available each Christmas season forBaked by our Humble team, this rich fruit cake is infused with rum and packed with mixed dried fruit, glac cherries and dates. Its moist, boozy and incredibly delicious. Serves 810 people. Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit, glac cherries, pitted dates, brown sugar, butter, orange rind, spices, white flour, bicarb soda, spiced rum, egg, orange juice, almond and flan gel. Made in our bakery where eggs, nuts, flour, soy and gluten are present.
