Barley, wheat and oats all shine through, with five years of American cask maturation bringing it all together nicely. Tasting note: Nose: Like an old school sweetshop, there are strawberry laces, rhubarb and custard confections and even foam bananas. Palate: Richer and more chocolatey than on the nose,
