A Nose: Some delicate savoury notes, fresh cut oak, mineral notes adding a little twist, white and extremely soft sponge cake, hints of light salted butter and cream cheese bagels. Some light wine notes with green apples, honey and melon. Palate: The palate is a much smoother yet bolder experience than expected given the soft notes of the nose, with fresh baked patisseries and delicate spices opening up the palate,
