This is a small batch made up from a blend of 90% bourbon casks and 10% sherry casks. Nose: Freshly baked shortbread and banana bread. Followed by coconut and waves of peat smoke. Palate: Thick and creamy with notes of vanilla and buttered digestive biscuits. Slight hints of gooseberry and a long smoky finish. Finish:
