Riverland Weeping Juan Pet-Nat 2025, Delinquente Rum the Hautes-Côtes de BeauneCon Greg of Delinquente grew up on a vineyard in the Riverland, so it felt fated to start a project there one day. He works with Mediterranean Italian varietals as they're well suited to the similarly Mediterranean climate and makes delicious, fresh, vibrant low intervention wines that are a pleasure to drink. This is a frothy, aromatic, tangy rascal of a pet nat, one to have a second bottle close by as the first may tumble down.
