Crafted at the Distillery on Tasmanias northwest coast, this single malt was distilled and filled into American Oak ex Bourbon casks where it matured for 16 years. Secondary maturation in a single French Oak ex Pinot Noir cask for 4years. Nose A delightful bouquet of creamy vanilla and toasted coconut dances with zesty lemon oil and the nostalgic sweetness of orange jubes. A whisper of aniseed
