The image measures 12 3 8 x 14 3 8, sheet 12 5 8 x 14 5 8, with penciled marginalia of building details into both the bottom margin edge below the ruled border and the right margin; with multiple tack holes to the four corners, a few spots of foxing in the image, on textured cream
