Keller, Hubacker Dalsheim Riesling 2012 Chateau de Bonnezeaux Fino SherryThe 2012 is probably the steadiest and well adjusted of all Hubacker vintages. Nothing sticks out, but there is a wonderful harmony of ripe fruit, subtle phenolics, cool minerality and well rounded acidity, which is ably supported by plenty of juice and a supple texture.
