For Cuvee de L'Ocean, the producer selected sugar cane grown in the south of the country right next to Anse Trabaud, on the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, the rhum offers maritime, briny, sea spray like notes in with the classic grassy, sweet fruit notes youd expect from the style. It works well both sipped neat and as a base for Daiquiris.
