Tasting Notes White pear, litchi and butterscotch on the nose alongside a struck match smokiness, vanilla pod and elderflower. The palate is textured and weighty, with unctuosity from banoffee pie and lime cordial cut by a stony, grippy minerality and bright, energetic acidity.
