you can run this radiator and run a separate transmission cooler OR run our GMT558A standard high flow C10 radiator with a 2 piece upper hose that goes to the drivers side inlet (use a 'T' fitting in between the 2 hoses for the steam port)

An extra rubber insulator is included for the upper bracket as a standard duty car will have a smaller insulator on the top bracket
