The handles, base and rim of this beauty is scrolled and scalloped and furthermore it is decorated with a gorgeous bright yellow rose and green leave, The sugar bowl is stamped underneath: Pioneer Porcelain. There is one tiny chip on the scalloped rim of this sugar bowl (please see picture), aside from this flea bite, the sugar bowl is in excellent vintage
