Octomore 12.1 59.9% 70cl 60.1 An Italian Amaro made usingOctomore 12. 1 Heavily peated Islay 59. 9% with a 130PPM Nose: Dark chocolate with a 90% coca, burning embers with a tangy Jaffa orange note, more complexity builds into the nose as expected with any Octomore. Palate: A very robust yet enjoyable sweet smoke and spice to the fore, peach and creamy vanilla with a touch of sea salt, a play back and forth of smoked fruity notes lead to a milk and dark chocolate brownie with a touch toasted fruit cake.
